AUGUST FAVOURITES WEEK: NON-BEAUTY/RANDOM

It is time for the final installment of "favourite's week" and this time it is all about non-beauty/random favourites of the month or just over a month. I haven't done a non-beauty favourite's post is what feels like forever, as i don't tend to love that many new things worth sharing outside of beauty as often as i would with beauty related things. So maybe i will just do these once every couple of month's...

Bedding, Pillow Cases & Cushions all by Next - 

I recently re-decorated my bedroom and had a major bedding theme change, i am usually that person who loves all floral prints until now. I love Next for home stuff as they are such good quality and reasonably priced. All the bedding sets i have had in the past from Next have always washed really nice as some other brands can tend to fade/bobble after washing it a few times.

Plant Pot "Brush Holders" & Heart Mug by Ikea & Next -

This one is a weird one because the items themselves are non-beauty related but the stuff inside of them is beauty related ha ha. I loved my previous brush holders which were also plant pots from Ikea but there just wasn't enough room and these ones are much bigger and a bargain at £1 each. I think this mug from Next is a super cute place to store all of my most used pencils for eyes/lips and i think this was around £4/£5 (I received it as a gift).

Quote Coaster - Beau-ti-ful

I purchased this a while back now from Beau-ti-ful which is a cute shop in my local town centre. I have only just got around to putting it out once i had re-decorated and i am obsessed with this quote, i think it is so funny and almost sums my personality up at times ha ha.

Before i began reading these books i tried to get into Paper Towns which i has also recently purchased and for some reason it was just not happening for me, i couldn't get into it which is so disappointing as i had high hopes (I still might pick it up again at a later date). One of my friends is a huge fan of books like Fifty Shades of Grey and the Crossfire Series as am i and they recommended for me to give this series a try. I had also seen this series sponsored post on social media a few times and noticed it had good reviews and i can see why. I have gotten into this story so easily and i am gripped, i am a sucker for a romance story. Currently i am almost 2/3rd's of the way through the first book and i also have the 2nd installment ready for when i finish. I think this series has 5 installments all together and i am definitely going to get my hands on them asap!

How cute is this academic year planner/diary though? I just can't get over how adorable it is. It is also exactly what i needed as it is an August 2015 - July 2016 diary rather than a January/December one, i don't seem to stick to them as much as i do with an academic year kind.

Random Favourites:

TV Shows: I have been loving so many different TV shows this month but the main three i have been obsessed with are obviously Pretty Little Liars, Teen Wolf and also The Bachelor Australia. Can we please take a moment if you watch PLL or Teen Wolf or even both, how messed up have these seasons been so far? They have both been edge of the seats type of seasons.

Music: I have been obsessed with an artist called Eric Bellinger who has actually been a favourite of mine for a while now, but he recently released a new album called Cuffing Season and it is good. So this month i have found myself switching between that and his The Rebirth album, they are definitely both worth a listen. Another single that i have been obsessed with is Body On Me by Rita Ora and it is featuring Chris Brown, so naturally a winner for me!
