SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES: BEAUTY AND RANDOM

It's that time again monthly favourites, i swear they keep coming around even quicker. I don't know whether it's because i did the whole "affordable makeup week" posts but for some reason the majority of the products i have been using/loving this month are drugstore/affordable. I haven't really been loving a whole lot of new non-beauty favourites to do a second post, so i thought i would just include them at the end...

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in the shade Light Vanilla -
This is one of those products that even having only used a couple of times you just know it is going to be a favourite. I don't want to go too much into it as i am planning on doing another foundation review very soon, so stay tuned for that.

L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Feline Mascara in the shade Black -
When it comes to drugstore mascara's i usually tend to opt for a Maybelline mascara such as the Last Sensational one but this mascara by L'Oreal is so so so good. I literally makes my eyelashes look super voluminous, nicely separated and doesn't clump what so ever!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Hand Cream -
I actually forgot to mention this product in my previous monthly favourites but i am still obsessed with using it, so i thought i would mention it now. First off when i apply this i just can't stop smelling it, it's smells so amazing and sweet like pure chocolate... so if you're a chocoholic you will love this. It has quite a thick consistency and takes a little longer than some creams so soak in but it is definitely worth it as it leaves your hands feeling moisturized for longer.

Rimmel Good To Glow Liquid Highlighter in the shade Notting Hill Glow -
This is another product that i recently did a more in-depth post on, so i will link that below. I really love this product it gives the nicest natural glow to your skin and i think it goes hand in hand underneath the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation.

L.A Girl Glazed Lip Paint in the shade Elude -
This lip paint is probably one of the single most pigmented lip glosses i have ever tried and is also such a me shade, as it is a pinky/nude. I really wish they sold L.A Girl in the UK in-stores as well as online but i get mine from Beauty Crowd along with the L.A Girl Pro Concealer. I think i definitely need to purchase more shades in these lip paints, like yesterday!

Bourjois Rouge Edition Aqua Laquer in the shade Rosé on the Rocks -
First things first i am obsessed with the name of this shade, which names are sometimes what i am a suck for. This lip colour is amazing as it is one of those products you can literally chuck on and you are good to go, i would describe is for me personally a "your lips but better" shade.

MAC Pigment in the shade Heritage Rouge -
I have become obsessed with wearing this pigment by itself just blended out, since we are transitioning into autumn and it is that perfect fall colour. MAC pigments are just amazing, they are that type of product that will last you FOREVER because you literally need the tiniest amount and i mean the tiniest amount as well as tapping off the excess ha ha!

Makeup Revolution Radiance Palette -
This is one of those products that i had purchased used one or twice and then forgot about, that's until i dug it out when i was looking for drugstore products to use. I honestly now have no idea why i didn't use it more, all of the shades are so stunning and pigmented. The palette consists of three of Makeup Revolutions Highlighters in the shades: Breathe, Exhale and Glow.

Lip Combo -
This month i have been loving this lip combo which consists of a lip liner and lip stain, which go hand in hand with each other to create that perfect autumn/vampy lip look. The two lip products are the Kiko Smart Lip Pencil in the shade 710 and the Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain in the shade Parisian Passion.

Random Favourites:

Books: Last month i mentioned i had started reading the Hacker Series books by Meredith Wild and i have since read the first four books. I honestly can't believe how fast i have read them but i suppose that just shows you i can't put them down, the story-line is so gripping!

TV Shows: I have still been loving the Bachelor AU along with another show called Born Again Virgin, honestly this show cracks me up it is so funny i would recommend checking it out. Two other shows i am loving this month are Chasing Life and Young & Hungry.

Music: This music favourite is going to be no surprise and a clear winner, as since it was released i have barely listened to anything else. Can you guess?.... Yep it's the Beauty Behind the Madness album by The Weeknd, it was so worth the what seemed like that longest wait for. My favourite tracks are mostly all of them but mainly Real Life, Often and Acquainted.
