CURRENT FAVOURITE HIGHLIGHTERS

Hello Everyone and Happy Monday! For today's post i am bringing to you possibly one of my favourite parts whenever doing my makeup, that favourite thing being highlighters obviously. I mean who doesn't like those cheekbones to shine to the gods? Because i know i do...

Anastasia Beverly Hills Illuminator in the shade Riviera -
This is probably one of the most unique highlight shades i own, unlike your usual highlight shades that are either gold/more of a pale highlight this is more of a rose/pink champagne shade with silvery highlights. This highlighter retails for £28GBP available at Cult Beauty or Beauty Bay.

Zoeva Rose Golden Blush Palette in the shade Glowing Still -
(middle highlight shade)
This is one of those highlight shades that is deceiving as in the pan it looks pure white but once applied it has the most beautiful golden sheen to it. This highlighter is more of an affordable alternative to the next highlight in my list of favourites. This whole blush palette retails for £13GBP available on the Zoeva website and also Beauty Bay.

NARS Highlighter in the shade Albatross -
This is the more expensive version to the Glowing Still highlighter by Zoeva, it is exactly the same where it appears white in the pan but once applied it gives the most amazing golden glow. This highlighter is in fact the first more higher end highlighter i ever bought a few years ago now and to say how often i use it, i am still shocked that i haven't hit pan. This highlighter retails for £23GBP available from the majority of department stores (that stock NARS), Feel Unique and also HQ Hair online stores.

KIKO Beam Of Light Highlighter in the shade 01 Cream -
This highlighter is probably my most favourite affordable highlighter ever, as it only cost me £5GBP half price from the KIKO in-store. This highlighter is the most beautiful baked creamy/golden/pearly shade and is super lightweight on the skin but still super pigmented. I am not 100% sure whether they either stopped stocking this product or whether it was just part of a limited edition collection or not.

Makeup Revolution Strobe Balm in the shade Hypnotic -
I always thought that the MAC Cream Colour Base in the shade Pearl was my favourite cream highlighter, until i tried this one out and it is more than half the price. This highlight is perfect if you are wanting a super natural highlight and is a product that can be used either wet or dry, all depending on the intensity you are going for. This "strobe balm"/highlight retails for £5GBP from the Makeup Revolution website or Superdrug online and in-store.

Anastasia Beverly Hills That Glow Glow Kit -
This is probably one of the most talked about highlighting palettes of the year so far and in true Anastasia Beverly Hills style, she just slays the game with all of her products. Most of the time when it comes to a palettes i don't love every single shade in it, but that isn't the case with this one. I love Sunburst, Bubbly and Dripping in Gold for highlight shades but Golden Bronze is too dark for my skin tone as a highlight, so my favourite way to wear that is as a quick bronze eye look. This palette retails for £39GBP and comes in the shades Glow and Gleam.
