HIGH-END PRODUCTS THAT ARE WORTH THE SPLURGE

Hello Everyone! So a lot of the time i like to share with you products that are targeted to adapt more of an affordable budget, but from time to time we do all like to make a splurge here and there. A huge tip i have before making a splurge on a product is to do your research, whether that is to watch a youtube review, read a blog post, look a swatches or even go into the store and give it a try for yourself. Keeping that in mind for today's post i thought i would share with you some of the high-end products, that i personally think are worth the splurge...

JOUER POWDER HIGHLIGHT  - CLICK TO BUY
This specific highlighter from Jouer Cosmetics, is not only my current go-to highlighter but possibly my favourite highlighter EVER (which is insane to just have one favourite right?). I am obsessed with everything about it, from it's formula to it's stunning warm golden almost rose gold shade that allows you to shine from the gods. The only downside to this product is getting hold of one can be a pain, as it is forever out of stock but it is a must "join the wait list" product and well worth the £19 (which i would pay even more for).

NARS ALL DAY LUMINOUS WEIGHTLESS FOUNDATION - CLICK TO BUY
When it came to choosing out of my favourite high-end foundations, it was a toss up between this one from NARS or the well talked about by me Estée Lauder Double Wear and i decided to opt for this one for a change. If you want to splurge on a full coverage foundation but don't want anything that sits/feels heavy on the skin, then this foundation is for you. Unlike the Sheer Glow or Sheer Matte foundations from NARS, this specific one feels literally like nothing on the skin. This foundation comes in a huge range of shades and retails for £32. Personally i wouldn't say no if this foundation was a little more affordable but still i believe, it is worth the splurge.

ARTDECO BRONZER - CLICK TO BUY
I believe when it comes down to finding the perfect bronzer that will work for you, it can be such a hard task to master. A lot of bronzing powders can be too warm/orange looking and some can be too cool and appear muddy on the skin all depending on your skin tone. With that in mind the ARTDECO bronzers are that perfect in-between shade, which is great if you are wanting to splurge on a nice more high-end bronzer. This specific one i have was a limited edition summer version, but they do stock a normal version all year round retailing for £24. Another great thing about this product, is if you run out you can purchase another pan for around £14 that fits into your compact.

URBAN DECAY AFTER GLOW BLUSH - CLICK TO BUY
I was never huge into blush, but now i very rarely skip this step when i am doing my makeup. If i want something matte then these after glow blushes from Urban Decay are definitely what i reach for. The texture of the blush itself is super soft/lightweight feeling, this specific shade is called Obsessed and i am literally obsessed with how beautiful it is (along side the shade Fetish). These blushes come in a wide range of shades, retailing for £19 each and well worth the splurge as a little goes a long way.

ESTÉE LAUDER DOUBLE WEAR BRUSH ON GLOW - CLICK TO BUY
Finally we have a concealer/highlight type of product, which i have gone through so many of and it does pain me to spend the £24.50 each time. I have tried similar products like this one from Maybelline/L'Oreal, both good but not as full coverage as this one. I like to apply this under my eyes, middle of my forehead, chin and down the bridge of my nose for a bright highlighted effect. This product is great for making any late night or early morning dark circles vanish all day long, which definitely is worth the money in my eyes!
