WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

Hello everyone! So for today's post i am back with another what i eat in a day post and of course it is another healthy one, as i am still trying to stick to whole 80% good, 20% maybe not so good lifestyle. I am finding that this "diet" which i hate using the term diet (i would much prefer to use the work lifestyle because diets are classed as temporary), is working so well for me and i am finding myself not craving bad foods all of the time. Today's what i eat in a day is in the 80% section, that being said i would love to share at some point more of the 20% section too because we all have those days from time to time...

As i mentioned in my previous what i eat in day post, i usually switch between one of four different breakfast options and even though it is summer this day i went with porridge. This porridge i made 40g of oats, one scoop of chocolate brownie flavoured diet protein blend from MyProtein, 150ml of unsweetened almond milk and then i topped it with some mixed nuts and seeds, as well as a little bit of honey.

Lunch time and i am actually having the same as i did in the last post ironically, all though i have also been obsessed with having hummus on toast or even hummus on the ryvita thins you can get. So of course this is another one of my favourite lunches, which is smashed peas on wholemeal seeded bread toasted and topped with dried crushed chilli.

Finally for dinner i am having one of my favourite "summer" dinner dishes, which is roasted veggies, bulgur wheat and halloumi. For the roasted vegetables it is basically just mixed peppers, squash or sweet potato, red onion, garlic and of course mixed in to the bulgur wheat and then topped with some pan done halloumi and some more crushed chilli because i just love anything including chilli.

This particular day for drinks i had around 3 litres of water, an unsweetened almond milk iced latte, a peppermint tea and a raspberry pepsi max.
