CHEEKY FOR CHRISTMAS: FAVOURITE WINTER BLUSHES

After what has been a very "lifestyle" related week on my blog, i thought it was about time we had some beauty talk to round up the week. I have definitely talked about my whole blush history before, where i mentioned the fact i never really used to be into blush and it wasn't really a type of product i ever "lusted" after you could say. For the record that has obviously changed, done a complete 180 because i am now obsessed. So for today's post i thought i would share with you some of my favourite winter/current favourite blushes...

KIKO Moon Dust Face Powder in the shade 02 Fairy Mauve -
I had to kick things off with this blush or "face powder" as it is titled, can we just take a moment to appreciate KIKO for this product and packaging as it is simply stunning. These limited "holiday" edition products called Cosmic Starlets really remind me of the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes without the heavier price tag but equally as gorgeous. These face powders come in two different shades 01 Mysterious Pink and 02 Fairy Mauve (which is the one i have) and they retail at £13.90 which is amazing value for the product. Since i got this product, i can't stop using it!

Makeup Revolution The Matte Blush in the shade Nude -
Since buying these blushes i have probably already spoken about them more than a handful of times in only a short amount of time, i am that obsessed with them (this shade especially). I have said so many times how amazing Makeup Revolution products are and super affordable for such a high quality product, these matte blushes come in at only £3 each what a bargain?

MAC Wash & Dry Powder Blush in the shade Crisp Whites -
This is definitely the most expensive blush compared to the others, but to me this blush is one of those products that you can use all year round. The sad thing about this product is that is part of a limited edition range which is no longer available, but i do believe it retailed around the £20 to £22 range. If you are wanting to invest in a more high end blush i highly recommend a MAC one, the pigmentation on their blushes is insane therefor you only need the tiniest amount on your brush.

KIKO Colour Veil Blush in the shade 01 Pink -
Another great product from KIKO, which if you haven't guessed is a favourite brand of choice for me recently. This blush comes in the same packaging as the "beam of light" highlighter which is a huge favourite of mine, i will be forever obsessed with it. This is the only shade of blush available online from the Colour Veil range and it retails for £3.90 at the moment compared to its usual £7.90 price tag, which is amazing value. Also if you are complete weirdo like i am and like the smell of makeup, you will love this blush it has the same "chocolate/vanilla" scents that Too Faced eyeshadows and chocolate bronzers have.

Zoeva Luxe Color Blush in the shade Rush Rush -
Lastly we have this blush from Zoeva, which is typically famous for its amazing quality brushes/tools. Saying this i am such a huge fan of their makeup, especially their blush in the shade Rush Rush. These blushes retail at £6.95 which is a complete bargain for another high quality product and they are available from BeautyBay or the Zoeva website. This blush looks super shocking to the eye as it is a really bright shade but when you apply the smallest amount to the apples of your cheeks, it gives off the most beautiful natural flush with a matte finish.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend and rather than seeing you on Monday for an all new blog post, i will be here on Sunday for the start of the "twelve days of blogmas" yay!
