So this is what the two products look like, packaging wise they are pretty identical except for obviously the branding on the screw lid. The Freedom one feels just as luxury as the Anastasia one does, which is insane as usually drugstore packaging can lack on the packaging side of things.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade - £15 (4.0g)
This products claims are to be long-lasting/smudge-proof, highly pigmented formula that glides on easily and dries fast. Available in 11 shades.
Freedom Eyebrow Pomade - £5 (2.5g)
This products claims are to aid you to create professional bold brows in a "bullet-proof" solution for HD brows. Gel like formula performs all day for bold brow impact. This is also available in 11 shades designed to complement all skin tones and hair colours.
Moving on to the actual product itself, both products have the same shade name "dark brown" which always works better for me than more of a chocolate shade, as they can be too warm toned for my brows and dark brown tends to be a little bit cooler and match perfectly. Looking at both the shades in their pots, they look super identical in shade and also the consistency of the product is very similar. The thing i did notice what was a difference between the two products was the way it applied, the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade glides on a little easier than the Freedom Eyebrow Pomade does but it is still super easy to apply, i just think the one by Freedom must be a slightly more dryer consistency than the Anastasia one is. To apply both products i use my favourite brush for my brows, which is the Zoeva 317 brush and it's an angled brush. I always like to use this brush, as you can be super precise and it still applies softly as the brush is super soft and not stiff or anything like that. Moving on to lasting power, both products literally last all day don't budge or fade at all.
So my final opinion is i honestly love the one by Freedom, just as much as my one by Anastasia Beverly Hills and i think i will just keep switching and changing between the two rather than favouring one over the other. I am honestly still so surprised at how amazing the Freedom one is, i didn't really expect too much from it as it is only £5 but i was proven wrong and that probably makes sense now that i was always out of stock. If you have been wanting to try the Dipbrow Pomade out but can't afford/don't want to spend £15 on a brow product, then i definitely 100% recommend getting your hands on this one.
