1. Buy yourself a advent calendar
(because lets face it, you are never too old for chocolate).
2. Listen to your favourite Christmas songs/create a Christmas music playlist.
3. Buy Christmas scented candles.
4. Spend your evening or a lazy Sunday watching all of your favourite Christmas films.
5. Paint your nails in a festive red or sparkly gold glitter.
6. Write out your Christmas gift list, whether that be what you want for Christmas or what you are going to buy for family members, friends and loved ones.
7. Buy a new cute pair of Christmas themed pyjamas
(or whip out a favourite festive themed pair you might already have in storage).
8. Visit a Christmas Market
(majority of the cities in the UK have one).
9. Bake lots of yummy Christmas treats
(stay tuned as i have so many recipes coming this blogmas).
10. Sticking with the food theme, watch all of the re-runs or new cooking shows on TV
(Jamie Oliver and Nigella are my favourites).
11. Treat yourself to some Christmas themed bedding.
12. Decorate the Christmas Tree/House.
13. Go late night Christmas Shopping or have a Christmas Shopping day out.
14. Have a festive flavoured drink from Starbucks or Costa.
15. Be brave and go ice-skating
(If your city has a Christmas Market, 9 times out of 10 they will also have an ice rink).
16. Wrap yourself up in a cute scarf/coat and go for a winter-y forest walk (or Christmas Tree shopping if you buy a real one) with family/friends or a loved one.
17. Light lots of candles and have a relaxing bath with a Christmas Lush Bath Bomb.
18. If you have little ones, nieces/nephews or even grandchildren, do some fun Christmas themed DIY projects with them. Wilko, Tesco and Hobby Craft have some cool kits!
19. DIY your own Christmas Cards/Gift Wrapping.
20. Surround yourself/home in fairy lights, nothing feels more festive!
♥
Some great ideas! Baking some tasty Christmas treats is definitely needed, as is having a lazy day watching Christmas films! 😀
