BEAUTY FAVOURITES: JANUARY

Hello everyone! First of all i literally can't believe we are already at the end of January and second of all, i made the decision to bring back the monthly favourites posts yay! In the past i have been known to go a little crazy in the makeup favourites department one month and then the following month, i barely had anything to talk about. With that in mind i have decided to only select the main favourite products i have been trying this month.

I first mentioned this product in a four skincare products i can't put down post earlier in the month and i talked about how obsessed i am with this cleanser. Out of all of the manuka doctor products i am currently using, i definitely think this one is my favourite (the brightening oil comes second). I love how effortlessly it removes every single bit of makeup from your face, along with leaving your skin feeling/looking super hydrated.

I picked this lip liner up at the beginning of the month and have been wearing it every day since, along side another lip product which i will move onto next. This is the first lip liner i have tried in the "pro longwear" finish, as all my others are just the regular formula. This particular shade is a warm toned nude that would go with pretty much any nude placed on top, i also want to pick up the shade nothing sexier which is a little bit of a paler nude.

nyx soft matte lip cream in the shade abu dhabi
So this is the lip product i have been wearing every single day, paired with the lip liner from mac. I know i talk about these all the time, as they are probably my favourite lip product from the drugstore but this particular shade is new to me and i think it is up there with cairo and london as my favourite nudes from the brand.

l'oreal false lash superstar x fiber mascara
This year i have made the decision to try a different mascara every time i run out, rather than just re-purchasing the same one over and over. That being said this month i ditched the kiko lash treatment mascara for this one and i have become obsessed. If you love the false lash effect but don't want to put in the effort applying coat after coat, then this mascara is for you as it is super effortless to achieve that kind of look.

l'oreal infallible total cover concealer palette
Another new product from l'oreal/the drugstore that i have been loving this month, is this concealer palette which contains five different shades for concealing/correcting. The formula is super lightweight feeling yet has great coverage, my two favourite shades to use are the lilac shade to correct those tired under-eyes and the lightest concealer shade under my eyes after foundation.

mac cosmetics pigment in the shade stardream (similar shade here)
I have always been a huge fan of MAC pigments, in fact i first shared this particular pigment as part of my current mac cosmetics favourites post at the beginning of the month. This month i have been wearing the shade stardream pretty much everyday on the lid, then a matte bronze shade (mainly my bronzer) in the crease and lower lash-line. As this product is a limited edition product from Christmas, i linked my favourite pigment which is similar.

lush sugar plum fairy lip scrub (similar flavour here)
If you have read my posts for a while now, then you will know that i believe the lip scrubs from Lush are a complete dry/chapped lips savour. Since December i have been using the sugar plum fairy flavour from the Christmas range and i know i say this every time i have tried a new flavour they have released, but i think this one has to be my favourite one to date.

essie nail polish in the shade ballet slippers
Finally we have an all time favourite nail polish of mine, that i have been wearing on my nails this month and still obsessed with. This particular nail polish is the most perfect pale/peachy toned nude, which i talked all about recently in my go-to nude nail polishes post.
