MOTIVATION MONDAY | MY CURRENT GO-TO WORKOUT PLAYLIST

Hello everyone and welcome back to a new Motivation Monday series! As i mentioned in my previous series last year, for me music plays a huge part in staying motivated especially when it comes to working out or even just going for a walk. With that in mind to kick things off, i thought i would share my go-to workout playlist...


As i have mentioned before when it comes to listening to music, i always listen either on my phone, computer or TV via Spotify so all links will direct straight to Spotify.
