WHAT I'M LISTENING TO ON SPOTIFY AT THE MOMENT

Hello everyone! I think it has been a good few months now since i last did a music at the moment update and so much has changed in those months, as every artist that i love seems to finally have released new content and it couldn't of come at a better time with this warmer weather because lets face it summer isn't summer without music. With that in mind for today's post i thought i would share with you what music i am loving listening to Spotify at the moment, which is going to put you in that summer mood for sure...

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

Hello everyone! So we are half way into the year and i am finally getting around to sharing a what i eat in a day post, which i did mention that i was going to try and do more of. That being said one thing i have been committed to this year as i mentioned back in January, was to continue eating as healthy as possible just as i did back in 2018. I tend to switch up what i am eating a lot of the time, which i feel is key when trying to follow a more healthy lifestyle and this way you aren't going to get bored and reach for the more unhealthy options...

For breakfast i do tend to switch between one of four things, which consists of either yoghurt, porridge, protein shake/smoothie or cereal and today it was a yoghurt kind of morning. This yoghurt is the 0% fat greek style with honey and i had around 4 or 5 tablespoons of this before topping with some dried mixed fruit, homemade no added sugar granola, sunflower seeds and a little peanut butter on the side.

Lunch time and this particular day i had a favourite of mine, which i have shared in this style of post in the past and that is of course smashed peas on toast. This particular bread is a wholemeal seeded bread, which i of course toasted and topped with peas that i simply cooked and smashed with a fork before topping off with some chilli flakes for some added heat and flavour.

Dinner time and probably one of my favourite dinners at the moment, which is of course stir fry. Stir fry is not only tasty, quick and easy to do but also a great way of getting all your veggies in for the day in one go. This particular stir fry had chicken breast, a ton of mangetout, sweetcorn, fresh red chilli and rice. I also can't help myself from added a lot of sriracha mayo, which is one of my favourite things at the moment and i put it on anything.

This is everything i had to eat on this particular day, some days i will also have a snack in the evening time but this day i didn't as i find rice super filling and i still full up. I have also been giving intermittent fasting a try recently, i usually go around 12-14 hours. I also drink just under 3 litres of water every single day, as well as one coffee or iced coffee and a regular tea or a peppermint tea.

SUMMER BODY-SUITS: MY MISSGUIDED BODYSUIT PICKS

Hello everyone! So this particular piece of clothing has its pros and cons but for me personally there are more pros than cons, of course i am talking about the bodysuit. For me they are a key item to have hanging in your wardrobe and Missguided's bodysuits are definitely a winner for me, whether that be casual, dressed-up or somewhere in-between. With that in minds for today's post i thought why not share with you a selection of my favourite bodysuits from the Missguided site for this coming summer...

1. red tie front ditsy floral bodysuit - £15 (click to shop)
So first up we have this stunning ditsy floral bodysuit, which for me screams summer vacation vibes with its tie up front and slightly ruffled straps. Personally i would style this bodysuit as it is on the site with either white shorts, white jeans or even a light wash denim.

2. mustard yellow popper knitted bodysuit - £22 (click to shop)
I am obsessed with this mustard yellow colour at the moment and i have a selection of different items in my wardrobe already for this summer, including a cute also knitted crop vest which i picked up from New Look. That being said back to the bodysuit, i love the style with it being off the shoulder yet still long sleeved it makes it more summer appropriate.

3. white ribbed popper knitted bodysuit - £18 (click to shop)
When it comes to clothes in general i am such a basics kind of girl, as i have mentioned many times before and you really can't go wrong with basic bodysuits. What i like about the Missguided bodysuits is that the majority of them are a high legged/thong style back, which is perfect if you want to pair them with trousers rather than denim and you haven't got to worry about seeing any vpl through your bottom of choice. This particular bodysuit is available in black, white, mustard, nude and pink.

4. black harness lace bodysuit - £22 (click to shop)
If you are stuck with what to wear to either a nice dinner or a night out, then you can't really go wrong with a classic black lace bodysuit to either pair with a skirt, leather look trousers, cigarette trousers or shorts then you are good to go. I love the harness detailing on this particular one, as it adds something a little different. You could also dress them down slightly with a pair of light blue wash jeans and a leather jacket.

5. black stripe button front bardot bodysuit - £15 (click to shop)
This bodysuit is super similar in style to the mustard yellow one but obviously this one has a striped pattern, which comes in black or pink. Sometimes bardot style tops can be a little annoying when it comes to moving your arms a lot but the material of these bodysuits are soft and not restricting whats so ever, as well as being true to size.

6. blush pink rib cami bodysuit - £12 (click to shop)
Another basic bodysuit Missguided stock is this beautiful blush pink ribbed with thin straps number, which is also available in other colours such as: black, lime, neon pink and white. This particular bodysuit is super similar to one of my favourite bargain bodysuits from Primark at just £4 but you can only pick that up in a couple of colours.

7. black rib high neck bodysuit - £12 (click to shop)
So this might be another basic looking piece but this is definitely one that can be used to dress up or down, as it has this super flattering high neck line. Just like most of the other bodysuits it comes in a high-leg style with a thong back. If dressing this bodysuit up i would pair it with some high-waisted or paperbag shorts, then dressing down with a simple pair of jeans or even joggers.

8. brown leopard slinky one shoulder bodysuit - £18 (click to shop)
Something on the little less basic side of things is this stunning leopard one shoulder number, which is another item you could either dress-up or down. Personally i think i would pair this with a pair of faded black ripped/distressed jeans. I am still loving the whole leopard print trend at the moment, even though i know it is a love or hate look.

9. sand knitted pointelle bodysuit - £22 (click to shop)
Finally is a bodysuit in another shade i am loving at the moment, especially on me personally with my dark hair and a tan. I love how this is still very much a basic piece but it still has some detail with the soft knitted material and subtle pattern. Once again this could be dressed-up (especially on holiday) or dressed down.

Missguided currently have 20% off everything.
When it comes to sizing i opt for a size 8 for tops and size 10 for bottoms (true sizing).

CURRENT EVERYDAY MAKEUP ROUTINE: STEP-BY-STEP

Hello everyone! It has been a good few months since i last shared my everyday makeup, which of course changes ever so slightly from month to month. That being said i thought it was time for an updated version, which i also thought i would share not only the products that i am currently using but also a step-by-step run down of the order i apply the products and so on...

So first things first is primer and if you have read my posts for a while, then you will already know i find that facial oils/primer oils work best for my skin personally and creates the perfect base for any other product applied on top. I have been using this particular one from MUA for a good amount of this year already, pretty much every single day so i would say that i like this product. It gives me the perfect base for makeup as i mentioned, it is super hydrating and it is a bargain product costing just £4.

After primer comes foundation and i am back to reaching for my all time favourite foundation on an everyday basis, i honestly think this foundation will take some topping for me. I just love how it applies, the colour shade 220 is perfect for me, it wears so well and still looks pretty much the same towards the end of the day. I personally always like to apply my foundation by dotting some product all over my face before going in to blend it out, using a damp beauty blender/sponge. Doing this just gives it a much more natural and flawless finish.

So when it comes to higher end makeup we all definitely have our favourites and bareMinerals products are up there for me, as i just find they work so well for me. This particular powder duo is a go-to for me, as it is super light/non cake-y once applied and it is super handy that is is a duo product. This particular powder has two different finishes, one side matte and the other glow, which allows you to either use the products separately or both together. I personally like to use the glow side of the compact in the centre of the face and then the matte side of the compact everywhere else, to keep my makeup in place.

For brows i was using the Revolution Pro Precision brow pencil but i recently decided to switch things up and go back in with using my trust Dipbrow from ABH, which is another product i have loved for years now that gives you all weather proof brows. Along side this a product that i haven't switched up in well over a year, as i just keep buying the same one is the Pro Longwear brow gel by MAC and this product just keeps everything in place.

So for eyes i like to keep things super natural and simple of everyday, as it is super quick and natural looking. This Dose of Colors Baked Browns eyeshadow palette is definitely my favourite eyeshadow palette in my collection and i use it pretty much every single day, especially the shade Outdoorsy which is the most beautiful warm peachy brown shade. For everyday makeup i just apply this particular shade, blend it out and then apply some mascara to my top lashes. I really like this particular MUA mascara and i have done for some time now, it separates, lengthens and gives volume to your lashes all in one.

For highlighter at the moment i am back using for an old favourite of mine, which of course is the ever so famous Oh Darling shade. When it comes to highlight for me i definitely prefer a golden/bronze toned highlighter, as they just suit me better over something more pink toned. What i love about the Extra Dimension Skinfinishes from MAC is not only how pigmented and stunning they are, but also how finely milled/light-weight the formulas of the different shades are.

The final step for the face/base makeup is bronzer, which for me i love how it just warms up the face and gives some dimension to the face also. For the past month or so i have switched up what i have been using, swapping the higher end bronzer for a drugstore alternative. This particular bronzer is in the shade Long Weekend by Revolution, which not only warms the face up but also gives it a subtle "beach-like glow" at the same time making it the perfect product for the summer months.

Finally we move on to lips, which of course is a nude lip combination. I have really been loving a glossy nude lip for this spring/summer, which has been one of two different combinations. This particular nude lip is a trio of the Oak lip liner pencil by MAC, Yash matte lipstick also by MAC and the Gen Nude Far Out lip gloss by bareMinerals. These three particular products all together create the perfect beige-nude lip with a hint of pink.

TRAVEL BEAUTY: NEW-IN FOR SUMMER

Hello everyone! So it is coming up to that time of year that a lot of us love (me included), that time being summer/summer holiday time. When it comes to this time of year there are always a bunch of new products available from makeup to skincare and also body products, which are perfect for those summer months. With that in mind i thought i would share a selection of my personal favourite new-in products for this summer...

1. maybelline dream urban cover foundation | click to shop |
So i have always been a huge fan of Maybelline foundations, especially my all time favourite foundation the Fit Me and naturally when they launch a new foundation, i am going to want to try it asap. This foundation is an all new concept where makeup meets skincare, as the foundation is full coverage yet lightweight and has SPF50 which couldn't be more perfect for summer or whilst travelling to a hot climate.

2. mario badescu summer shine body lotion | click to shop |
It is not just the winter months that tend to dry your skin out, the summer months can be just as bad if not worse as your body is more likely to become dehydrated quicker. That being said it is super important to keep your skin super moisturised and hydrated, this Mario Badescu body lotion is the perfect candidate for not only ticking those boxes but will also leave you with a beautiful summer glow.

3. mac cosmetics x aladdin friend like me lipstick | click to shop |
First of all i literally can't contain my excited for going to see the new Aladdin movie at the cinema this coming weekend, second of all this new limited edition lipstick by MAC couldn't be any more perfect if it tried. I am obsessed with nude lip shades in general but when it is the most perfect almost cool neutral beige toned nude, i was sold immediately and the packaging is also beautiful.

4. revolution glow revolution timeless bronze | click to shop |
If you have beauty products on your radar regularly, then you will have probably seen the ever so Instagram famous Iconic London glow spray and you might also know that it isn't the most affordable spray out there. That being said Revolution to the rescue once again, launching a dupe style product which will leave you with the most beautiful glowing skin, bronze finish and with money left in the bank as it costs just £10.

5. fenty beauty pro filt'r instant retouch primer | click to shop |
I have been wanting to try something from Fenty Beauty for a while now, so the fact you can now get your hands on the entire range at Boots now is great. Out of all of the products this is the thing that catches my eye the most, as if you can suffer from shine (and not the good kind) during the summer months then this primer claims to have your back but still leaves your skin looking radiant. Also how stunning is the packaging?

6. charlotte tilbury glowgasm face palette | click to shop |
I know i mentioned before about having a product that didn't break the bank, this new-in face palette by Charlotte Tilbury is the complete opposite but it doesn't stop it from being anything but beautiful. Unlike a spray i feel like powder palettes last a lot longer and give you more value for money, this palette is filled with four equally stunning shades and of course they are encased by the most stunning signature Charlotte Tilbury packaging.

7. rimmel candy queen jelly highlighter | click to shop |
Finally we have another highlighting/glow related product (you can't have enough glow during the summer) this time a jelly formulated highlighter, which is new-in by Rimmel. I already have a jelly formula highlight from Revolution which i love the formula of, so i also think this stunning almost rose gold shade called candy queen. I am hoping this product will be another summer favourite, that will leave me with a lovely natural summer glow.

Want to know what some of the makeup products that i like to travel with? Then you can catch up on some of my previous travel beauty posts for more...

SKINCARE I WANT TO TRY FOR RADIANT GLOWING SKIN

Hello everyone! It has been a hot minute since i last shared any sort of skincare routine or skincare related post and there is an explanation for that, that reason being that i have actually been doing the same skincare routine/using the same products since last summer. I just found that all of the products i was using were really working well for me, that being said now i feel like it is time for much needed change. So i have taken the time out to research and discover what products i think would work well for me and my skin type, rather than just picking up anything and wasting my money...

1. revolution gold elixir | £10 | click to shop |
I have been a huge fan of facial oils for a while now and i always opt for one as a primer/base for my skin before going in with foundation, as i just find that they not only hydrate my skin but also help my foundation apply better, sit better on the skin and last for longer.
- rosehip seed oil
- ultra-nourishing to promote supple skin and even texture
- subtle gold flecks to boost radiance
- how to use: shake well before use. massage a few drops into skin, before makeup but after applying any water-based serums. use alone at night or in the morning mixed with foundation for a radiant finish or to make matte formulas dewier.

2. nuxe creme prodigieuse boost silky cream | £29.50 | click to shop |
So ever since last summer and before that i have been using a lot of products in my skincare routine by the brand Nuxe, as it is definitely a brand that i know works for me. Whilst searching for a new moisturiser i noticed that they have a new line of products, which all look amazing and definitely the type of products that would work with my skin type for hydration.
- redefine the facial contours and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles
- antioxidant-rich jasmine flower works to defend against the ageing effects
- fresher, brighter and younger-looking complexion
- how to use: apply in the morning to the face, neck and décolleté.

3. revolution hyaluronic acid over-night face mask | £8 | click to shop |
Face masks are an essential for any skincare routine, especially when you need an instant skin boost or instant hydration fix in the space of 10 minutes or so. That being said you want something that is a little more complex and i feel like this over-night mask/over-night masks in general, are perfect for doing just that.
- hydrate your skin overnight with this hyaluronic ccid infused treatment
- sweet almond oil
- vitamin e to moisturise
- how to use: apply to cleansed skin to soak in overnight, avoiding the eye area. cleanse any residue or massage in upon waking. use 1-2 times a week.

4. lumene nordic c pure glow cleansing balm | £15.90 | click to shop |
I have been using an oil based cleanser for the past few months now, which i did enjoy using but there is just something about a cleansing balm for removing your makeup. When i have used them in the past they have really broken down the build up of makeup a lot faster than some other formulated cleansers.
- effortlessly melting onto skin
- wild arctic plant extracts and scandinavian ingredients
- vitamin c for enhanced radiance
how to use: massage gently onto wet skin. rinse well with lukewarm water or with a dampened cloth. removes impurities and makeup without leaving a greasy residue, leaving skin feeling refreshed.

5. garnier organic argan mist | £5.29 | click to shop |
I love face mists especially in the spring/summer months, more so when it is super hot or when i need to feel instantly refreshed and awake. A lot of mists can be used also on top of makeup, as well as underneath which comes in handy.
- vegan formula: no animal derived ingredients or by products inside
- argan from morocco is organically produced and ethically sourced
- hydrates and refreshes to awaken skin
- how to use: spray at min 15cm. do not intentionally inhale. apply to the skin before completing skincare routine, before or after makeup.

6. revolution pink clay detoxing mask | £8 | click to shop |
Drifting back to to face masks, sometimes the skin or different areas of the skin need a different type of tlc. That is what the beauty of different formulated masks for different needs, which a lot of skincare brands take in to consideration.
- formulated with seaweed extract
- witch hazel to help moisturise and soothe problematic areas
- draws out impurities and absorbs oil for a healthier looking complexion
- how to use: apply an even layer to clean, dry skin avoiding contact with eye area. allow to work for 10-15 minutes. rinse well with warm water. use 1-2 times a week.

7. neutrogena radiance boost hydrogel mask | £3.50 | click to shop |
Finally we have my favourite type of face mask which is the sheet mask, i always opt for these as they are easy to use, always effective and are mess-free when applying. I usually reach for the Garnier moisture bomb sheet masks, but i really want to try out some different brands especially the ones from the Neutrogena range.
- a revitalising treatment designed in korea
-  vitamin b3
- expect a soft, fresh complexion with a luminous glow
- how to use: cleanse your face before using. peel white film backing from the mask sheet and discard. place hydrogel mask down on face and leave on from 15-30 minutes. remove the mask and massage remaining product onto face and neck.

MAKEUP/BEAUTY STORAGE ON A BUDGET

Hello everyone! So buying makeup, skincare and beauty products in general can be fun, until you are overloaded with products and are stuck on what, where or how to store them. A lot of storage units can be super expensive but there are also some more affordable alternative ways to store your products, from organisers to drawers and diy storage. With that in mind i thought i would share an updated beauty storage on a budget post...

- makeup/wash bags
If you are only just starting out growing a selection of products, travel a lot or you just like to keep your products down to the bare essentials then a makeup/wash bag is going to be the type of storage for you. You can pick these up from pretty much anywhere and i have bought my fair share over the years, that being said i always gravitate back to something that is transparent or transparent with a design. The reason for that is because they are not only easy to see what product you are looking for, rather than rooting through messing everything up but also because they are easier to keep clean and you can simply just give them a wipe out, from time to time.

-makeup/wash bags under £20
1. skinnydip dazzle washbag (travel must-have) £18 | click to shop |
2. skinnydip sugarpop washbag (don't forget shop sales) £11.20 | click to shop |
3. skinnydip peachy makeup bag (something smaller) £14 | click to shop |
4. primark nude makeup bag (all under £5) £3 | click to shop |
5. primark neon lime washbag (love the neon trend) £4 | click to shop |
6. amazon clear toiletry bag (perfect for travel) from £3.74 | click to shop |
7. amazon clear makeup bag with design (skinnydip dupes) £6.99 | click to shop |
8. monki colour block makeup case (shop asos sale) £9 |click to shop |

- acrylic storage, organisers + diy storage
So if you collection is slightly or significantly larger and requires more than a makeup bag (as mine does), then you can opt for so many different ways to store/organise your makeup. In the past picking up a good set of acrylic drawers or storage box would definitely break the bank, but now you can actually get your hands on some for a lot less. If you already have a drawer/drawers and are just looking for something to divide or categorise your products, then drawer organisers are going to work for you and you can pick them up for a small amount of money or even diy your own at home for even less.

9. osco acrylic chest with 5 drawers and flip lid (amazon) £19.99 | click to shop |
10. osco acrylic chest with 3 drawers and flip lid (amazon) £10 | click to shop |
11. beautify large 5 drawer (i love this brand) £39.99 | click to shop |
12. zoeva classic brush holder (beautybay find) £10.50 | click to shop |
13. ikea divider for pull-out drawer (different sizes) £10 | click to shop |
14. makeup box organiser with display (eBay find) £13.99 | click to shop |
15. beautify acrylic drawers (smaller version) £19.99 | click to shop |
16. toothbrush holders for brushes/lip liners or pencils (h&m) £6 | click to shop |

APRIL MUST-BUYS: SPRING CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES

Hello everyone! So Spring is officially here and the weather in the UK had really started to pick up, that being said the last couple of days have not been Spring-like whatsoever. That being said i have still been picking up a few bits for the Spring/Summer season and with that in mind, for today's post i thought i would share with you some of my must-buys for the month of April...

1. i saw it first leopard print button through shirt | click to buy |
So first up i ended up picking this leopard shirt up a couple of weeks ago, as i had spotted it by chance and i had been looking for something like this to add to my wardrobe for a while now. I am pretty sure i have never ordered from isawitfirst until recently and i will definitely be looking on their site in the future, as i was really impressed with the quality, price and shipping time.

2. primark grey button crop vest top | click to buy |
I mean who doesn't love a good basic piece? I know i do and i am always buying basic tops to go with different outfits, which Primark seem to being nailing the basics recently. I love this rib effect button crop vest top, which comes in grey and also a blush pink type of colour also. These look great paired with a pair of high wasted jeans, jacket and trainers for the perfect casual outfit.

3. mac matte lipstick in the shade kinda sexy | click to buy |
Next up is my go-to lipstick at the moment and one that is perfect for spring but also goes with pretty much anything, which is perfect for everyday wear. This isn't a new purchase for me but if you are looking for a new lipstick that is spring perfect, i would definitely recommend picking this shade up. Kinda Sexy is this beautiful neutral almost peachy-pinky rose nude shade, with a matte formula that is comfortable to wear and long-wearing.

4. primark lime biker jacket | click to buy |
So this particular item is one that i am yet to pick up but i really want to, as i am obsessed with this colour at the moment. I had seen is last month and wish i had picked it up then, as when i went back last week my Primark had non of my size or close to my size left. That being said i did pick up a new denim jacket which was a complete bargain at just £13, so if you are looking for a new jacket i definitely say go and look in your Primark store, as they have so many great pieces!

5. matalan animal print cross strap sliders | click to buy |
Funny story about me picking up these sandals/sliders from Matalan, as i barely ever buy anything from Matalan unless it is homeware. I was actually looking for a new pair of slippers (boring i know) and i found a pair on the site, then i also spotted these on the new-in section and i thought these would look nice with a pair of light wash jeans (when it is sandal weather obviously). They actually have a great selection of sandals/sliders this year and they are super affordable.

6. bluebooth white wireless earbuds | click to buy |
For the longest time i have been wanting a pair of wireless earbuds but i am not about spending £100+ on a pair of headphones, then i actually got informed that you can get pairs that are super similar/almost identical for a lot less from Amazon and that sold me straight away. The sound quality is as good if not slightly better than the regular Apple headphones, they are easy to connect and the battery life is really good also. These make working out so much easier!

7. missguided blue sinner clean distressed skinny jeans | click to buy |
So i think i have actually saved my favourite buy until last, as these have got to be my new favourite pair of jeans as they fit like a glove, they are super comfy and as i am short the S length leg fits me perfectly. These jeans would look great paired with the sliders from Matalan, what i did already pair them with is the leopard shirt from isawitfirst.

BOOK REVIEW: BOYFRIEND FOR HIRE BY KENDALL RYAN

Hello everyone and Happy April! For today's post i am back with another book review post, as i had mentioned in my previous review post that i wanted to go further into detail about the books that i have been reading. If you didn't catch my first book review talking all things the Gentleman Sinner by one of my favourite authors Jodi Ellen Malpas, then you can catch that here, but for today's review i am sharing my thoughts on a new release from another of my favourite authors and one of the books to be ticked off my books i want to read this spring list...

SYNOPSIS:
I’m the guy you call when you need to impress your overbearing family, your boss, or your ex. Yeah, i’m a male escort, but not just any escort, i’m the escort. The one with a mile-long waiting list and a pristine reputation that’s very well-deserved. I’m the guy who’ll make you feel beautiful, desired, and worshipped...all for a steep price. I’m hired to make you shine, and i always deliver. I’ll be whatever you want me to be for one night, except my true self. This is just a job, a role i play to earn a paycheck. But i’m not the guy who falls for a client. Not once in six years and then i meet Elle. Her friend has hired me to escort her to a wedding, but Elle doesn’t know we’re just pretending. There’s a fire between us I never expected. A connection I haven’t felt in so long. One kiss, and I’m losing all control but what will happen when she finds out who I really am?

MY REVIEW:
As i mentioned in the intro to this post, Kendall Ryan is in fact another one of my favourite authors. I actually only discovered her books by chance last year and i fell for the style of her writing, as well as the gripping story lines of course. Kendall has a few new books due to be released as well as a few new and already released books this year, which i always say her books are the perfect Kindle download reads as if you were to pick every single one up on paperback you would run out of room for sure.

What i like about this book is you get the story from the two main characters Elle and Nic's point of view, so you are rarely left wondering what the other person is thinking/feeling as it alternated each chapter. So the book starts off with Nic and a little bit about his carer which lets face it, being a male escort isn't usually the line of work that lands you relationships. That being said he is the whole package, confident, a gentleman and considering his job, he actually wants the happy ever after story. Even though Nic is a male escort i like how he had personal rules (like no kissing on the mouth) - which totally gave me pretty woman vibes, as he wanted to save that for someone he truly loved. Elle on the other hand is your typical good girl, who's confidence has take a huge knock thanks to her idiot of an ex-boyfriend (who i am glad only featured at the wedding, as i hated him instantly and if i was Nic i would of punched him). You could honestly feel the chemistry between Nic and Elle jump off of the page, as soon as they met each other. This made Nic not have to role-play like he thought he would, as it just came natural to him yet he struggled with keeping his own rules un-broken.

During the book and the Epilogue we got to know a little bit about Case, who is/was Nic's boss and fellow escort. During the Epilogue Nic mentioned that he thought something was not quite right with Case, which was an opening for the next release by Kendall called The Hookup Handbook and one of the next books on my to read list.

Overall i give the book a 4 out of 5, mainly because i feel like there could of been a little bit more of a build up/drama to the forgiving/making up before the end.

EVERYDAY GLOW-Y SPRING MAKEUP: DRUGSTORE EDITION

Hello everyone! I mentioned in my previous post about how excited i was for this month, mainly because it is finally going to be spring and hopefully better weather is on its way very soon. With that in mind as well as preparing my wardrobe for spring, i also wanted to give my everyday makeup a switch up too. I had touched on it in a previous post how i had been on makeup buying ban, as i really didn't need anymore makeup but i did want to add a few new things just to switch things up. So i ended up placing an order on Superdrug to try some new drugstore pieces and i have ended up loving how my everyday makeup has been looking recently...

1. MUA pro base primer oil | click to buy |
So first up is this primer oil by MUA that i have been using every single day before i apply my makeup since towards the end of January, it is also one of the products that i mentioned in my february must-buys post. I love using facial oil's for hydration before applying my makeup, as i just feel like my makeup applies/lasts so much longer when i do and to say this product is just £4 i feel like it is just as good if not better than some higher end products that i have tried in the past.

2. maybelline dream satin liquid foundation | click to buy |
When i first spotted this foundation on the Superdrug website i was little confused, as i feel like this was a foundation that already existed or have they just re-branded the product? Anyway i decided to pick one up and give it a try, as i love Maybelline foundations, as you will already know if you have read my posts in the past because the Fit Me foundation is my go-to. What i love about this foundation is how much like skin your face still looks once it has been applied, yet it still has really good coverage and it leaves you with this beautiful yet natural radiant look.

3. barry M all night long concealer | click to buy |
I had seen a fair few people talking about this concealer by barry M and i have tried/loved one of their concealers in the past, so naturally i was intrigued to give it a try. The coverage of this concealer for such an affordable price is so good and it ticks all of the boxes, coverage wise, lightweight feeling, long lasting and brightening.

4. MUA luxe bronze & sculpt contour kit | click to buy |
So this product isn't a new-in product to my collection, it is one that i have loved for a while and it is that perfect spring/summer bronze shade, you know the kind that looks perfect with a tan. This product is one of those great travel friendly items to have in your collection as it contains both a bronzer and highlighter but i do generally just reach for the bronzer shade.

5. revolution jewel collection jelly highlighter |click to buy |
Back to something that is newer to my collection and one that i wasn't sure whether i was going to like it or not, but once again i was left feeling shocked at how beautiful it was. This highlighter by Revolution is a jelly like consistency and it isn't the kind of highlighter i would usually opt for, as i am such a powder or cream kind of girl. That being said i love how easy this product was to apply and blend out, leaving my skin glowing yet it still looked super natural and fresh. Once the product is blended in, it actually reminded me of my favourite bareMinerals highlighter and that is a cream to powder highlight.

6. revolution opulence highlight | click to buy |
This particular highlighter is one that i had wanted to try for a while but as i was on a makeup spending ban, i never picked it up. That being said i am so glad i finally did as it is the most beautiful powder highlighter, that the shades can be used individually or all together. Recently i have been reaching for one of the two highlighters, all depending on which one i feel like using that day but what i do love using the lightest shade in this compact to highlight my inner corner of my eyes with.

7. revolution pro microblading precision brow pencil | click to buy |
Is is just me or does anyone else feel like Revolution are killing the drugstore makeup game once again? I been obsessing over this brow pencil, which is so strange as i am such a pomade girl but i must admit i love how this leaves my brows looking. As the product suggests you can be super precise with this pencil with your brows, so much so it actually reminds me of the Benefit precisely by brow pencil but super affordable of course.

8. MUA amplify statement lash mascara | click to buy |
The only product that i haven't switched up is my mascara as i am still really enjoying using this one, which is by MUA once again.  I love how this mascara separates your lashes, leaving them looking full, long and clump free. For everyday makeup looks, i will just apply mascara to my top lashes only as i actually prefer the way that looks now.

9. maybelline color sensational creamy mattes lipstick | click to buy |
Finally for lips i love this Maybelline matte lipstick shade for spring, as it is the most beautiful light peachy-pink beige shade that is perfect for everyday wear. This is a matte finish lipstick but it isn't overly drying that some matte bullet lipstick can be, but if you do want to add a little gloss you can do easily as it goes with pretty much any gloss.

SPRING CANDLES FOR 2019

Hello everyone! I don't know about you but i am so over winter now and i am ready for the spring/summer months now, especially as over the last few days we have had some lovely sunshine in the UK. Something we tend to switch up as well as our wardrobe for the new upcoming season is our candle scents, which personally i love spring/summer scents more than winter scents. With that in mind for today's post i thought i would share my favourite scents for spring/summer 2019...

1. next spa retreat candle | click to shop |
First up we have this spa retreat scented candle by Next, which i must say they have so many different scents available at the moment and the majority of them are under £10. I love calming scented candles in the spring/summer, especially if they have those beach-y notes to them in the form cedarwood. I also love all of the packaging of the Next candles, as they are simple yet they all have that luxury look to them.

2. skandinavisk OY scented candle | click to shop |
As well as their own brand candles, Next also stock a wide range of branded candles and this candle really caught my eye. OY is apparently Norwegian for Island, which is a perfect name as the scent of this candle is also giving me those very beach/ocean vibes. I love also how neutral/sleek the packaging of their candles are, even if they aren't the cheapest at £29 but you are getting a 45+ hour burn time sized jar.

3. primark sea salt mist candle | click to shop |
Sticking with the spring beach vibes, this time though a absolute bargain of a candle costing just £2 for a 55 hour burn pillar. Primark stores are always fully stocked with a wide range of scents, pillar candles, jars and tea lights. This particular candle also comes in another spring appropriate peony, perfect for anyone who loves a floral scent.

4. yankee candle seaside woods candle | click to shop |
Of course a candle post wouldn't be complete without something from my favourite candle brand, yes you got it Yankee Candle and they have some great new releases for Spring. Starting things off with this new seaside woods scented candle, which is that perfect spring cosy evening time scent because of its fresh, yet slightly fruity and floral notes.

5. yankee candle market blossoms candle | click to shop |
Another new-in by Yankee Candle is this market blossoms candle, which is in fact only a limited edition item so if you are into those fresh yet still floral and slightly sweet scents then i would pick one of these up sooner rather than later. I love the combination of all the notes in this candle, as it is the best of both worlds.

6. the white company seychelles candle | click to shop |
Finally and probably saving one of my favourite more luxury candle/scents until last and one that i will love the scent of all year round, not just for spring. This particular scent is the perfect mix between fresh and sweet, as it has the freshness from the bergamot and the sweetness comes from the coconut, vanilla and almond. If you are ever looking to splurge of a more high-end candle, i would definitely recommend The White Company or Neom.

VALENTINE'S DAY BEAUTY WISH/GIFT LIST

Hello everyone and welcome back to another Valentine's themed post! Valentine's Day is just three days away now, yet there is still time to pick up or make something your bestie, friends or significant other. With that in mind for today's post i thought i would share my beauty wish list/guide guide, which will make pretty much any beauty lovers Valentine's this year (me included ha ha)...

1. charlotte tilbury matte revolution lipsticks | click to shop |
First up is probably one of the best beauty items to pick up for someone this Valentine's Day, especially when it comes to picking something a little more luxurious. I love, love, love everything about these lipsticks from the formula to the packaging and the great shade range. If you know whoever you are buying for is a nude lover, then i highly recommend my ultimate favourite K.KW or Pillow Talk.

2. essie valentine's day collection nail colours | click to shop |
Next up can we appreciate how stunning and cute this packaging is on the limited edition Valentine's collection is, as well as making the perfect gift for a friend or yourself for a pamper night. Essie nail polishes are by far one of my favourites and this collection as do all of the others, tick all of the right boxes. The collection ranges in colours and finishes, from a light pastel pink to a sparkly red and even cute pinks with speckles through-out the polish.

3. boy smells valentine's kush candle | click to shop |
At the end of the day if in doubt buy a candle right? Because who doesn't love candles, i know i do and i always love receiving them. There is a bunch of different Valentine's themed candles available in-stores and online, it all just comes down to personal preference and of course budget. Selfridges and John Lewis are definitely the places worth checking out for some more luxury scents, but if you are on a budget i highly recommend H&M.

4. bareMinerals moxie plumping lip gloss | click to shop |
Next is another lip option you could opt for, especially if you know who you are buying for either prefers gloss over matte, or you just know they like a good lip product in general. For me another perfect option for a more high-end lip product is definitely by bareMinerals, these moxie plumping lip glosses are a makeup collection staple as they are so easy to wear, long wearing and leave your lips feeling amazing.

5. lush peachy bath bomb | click to shop |
If you know whoever you are buying for is a huge fan of pampering themselves or you simply know they love Lush products, then i would definitely recommend having a look at their new Valentine's collection for this year, i am obsessing over the Peachy bath bomb and it is definitely my favourite along side Aubergine bath bomb as i feel like they are such a great Valentine's pun/how they remind me of the Emoji's we all use daily!

6. viktor & rolf flowerbomb | click to shop |
Finally a gift idea that you can't really go wrong with, especially if you know what the person you are buying for's favourite scent it, but just in case you didn't know then there are so many "Valentine's" appropriate scents including one of my favourite perfumes flowerbomb. Debenhams currently have discounts on a bunch of their different scents, including gift sets. So if you want to still splash the cash yet save some at the same time, i definitely recommend having a browse.

FEBRUARY MUST-BUYS | CLOTHING, BEAUTY + BOOKS

Hello everyone! First of all how is it February already? and second of all how cold is it in the UK right now? Towards the end of January i picked up a few new winter wardrobe essentials, along with a few other sneaky purchases. With that in mind i thought today's post would be the perfect opportunity to share with you a selection my must-buys for February, from clothing to beauty and even books...

1. inthestyle billie faiers black polka dot tshirt | click to buy |
First up is one of my favourite pieces i picked up from In The Style recently, i know it doesn't look the warmest of clothing items but would be warmer styled with a jacket or chunky knit cardigan during the winter. This particular piece also comes in a white with black polka dots, as well as a bodysuit version, which i also have my eye on.

2. gentleman sinner by jodi ellen malpas | click to pre-order |
Next up is a book and one that i simply can't wait to get my hands on and binge-read, because i already know i am going to love this book as Jodi is my favourite author and i have never not loved one of her books. I am also looking forward to Jodi's book The Protector being released in movie form on Passionflix at the end of this month!

3. inthestyle sarah ashcroft nude colour block jumper | click to buy |
Another piece from my recent In The Style order is from the new Sarah Ashcroft range and definitely one of my favourites from the new collection, which has so many great pieces this time around. I love how cosy and comfortable this jumper is. I also picked up a cropped neon colour jumper, which for a neutrals girl is out of my comfort zone yet i am loving it.

4. mua pro base primer oil | click to buy |
A couple of skincare/makeup items that i have been loving using the past few weeks which are from MUA's pro base range, which are super affordable yet amazing quality. I love using facial oil's for hydrating the skin before applying my makeup, as i just feel like my makeup applies/lasts so much better when i do and i was so surprised at how good this particular one was as it was just £4! You can pick this primer oil up in a couple of different versions, including one with gold infused within the product.

5. adidas originals trefoil tshirt | click to buy |
Back to clothing and this past month i have picked up a selection of pieces from Adidas, as i have been loving wearing the pieces on more casual days. This particular t-shirt is one of my favourites from what i picked up, along with the long sleeve three stripe tshirt in the most beautiful rose/pink shade.

6. mua pro base moisturising primer | click to buy |
Finally another skincare/makeup item from MUA that i have been enjoying reaching for recently is this moisturising primer, if you are a fan of super light weight moisturisers/primers that do the job yet sink into the skin quickly then i would highly recommend giving this one a try, for just £4 also you can't really go wrong.
