JANUARY FAVOURITES: PART ONE MAKEUP

Hello Everyone and welcome to what is crazy that i am already saying this but January Favourite's. Seeing as i didn't do a December favourites post due to posting my 2015 favourite' (you can check that out here: http://katiebeautyshake.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/2015-beauty-favourites.html), there is a lot of products to discuss so i have decided to split it into two posts. So let's get into things and for part one i am talking all things makeup favourite's...

NYX HD Concealers in the shades Porcelain & Green -
These two concealers are the first concealers i have ever tried from NYX and i have to say i am super impressed with them. The coverage is amazing and doesn't crease when i apply Porcelain under the eyes to highlight, i like to use the green one to conceal any redness i might have. For just over £5 you can't go wrong with these, i can't stop reaching for them!

L'Oreal Infallible 24H Matte Foundation in the shade Vanilla -
This is the foundation i was talking about in my empties post and i honestly don't know where to begin when describing my feelings for this foundation, i just love it that much! To me i love this foundation as much if not a little bit more than my beloved NARS All Day Luminous Weightless foundation, which i never thought i would hear myself say that. This foundation is high coverage without feeling heavy, i can barely feel it on my skin and it lasts all day...infact most days it still looks the same as when i have just applied it.

Maybelline The Turbo Volum' Express Mascara in the shade Black -
I was so confused when i first set my eyes on this mascara as i wasn't sure if it was a new in to Maybelline or not as i haven't seen it before, but i was intrigued to try it. Maybelline always do a good job when it comes to mascara's and this one doesn't disappoint and it doesn't look clumpy which i hate. I also really like the packaging on this mascara as it is sleek and not a strange shape.

KIKO Cream Crush Eyeshadows in the shades 04 & 06 -
I won't go on too much about these as i talk about them all the time, as they are such a favourite of mine but i picked up two new shades this month and i think they are so beautiful. I also won't stop until i have every shade in the range, i love them that much!

Morphe Brushes 35W Color Warm Eyeshadow Palette -
I recently did a mini review on this eyeshadow palette, as i just had to share my love for this palette. It is such a versatile palette that you can pretty much create any look from it, as well as the shadows being amazing quality - i just can't put it down!

Urban Decay After Glow Blush in the shade Obsessed -
I had been wanting to get a hold of two of these blushes for so long but they were always out of stock, i wanted Obsessed which i finally managed to get and also i am still trying to get the shade Fetish. I love the finish of these blushes and the way they apply, it's honestly like something i have never come across before and the colour is just simply stunning.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Glosses -
These two shades here are Dainty and Metallic Rose but in all honesty i love every single shade i have in these, as i purchased the Lustrous Lip Gloss Set this month. I actually posted a look last week using two of the red shades in the set, which is so odd for me to love red as i have never been a fan because i feel it doesn't suit me all that well. I am reconsidering that thought though...

Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in the shade East End Snob -
Another lip product i keep reaching for all the time this month, it is my perfect my lips but better lip liner and it lasts so long to say how in-expensive this product is. I am going to make it my mission to build my collection of shades up in this type of liner.

Maybelline Master Drama Kohl Liner in the shade Black -
I wanted to switch up from using the Rimmel Scandal Eyes pencil which i feel like i use all of the time, so i thought i would give this one a whirl and i really like it. For me when it comes to kohl liners they have to be super black and creamy but not smudge or move about at a lot, this one barely budges at all but the only downside to it is the fact it's a nightmare to remove.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlight in the shade Riviera -
Another item i just can't step away from this month and ever since i got it, i haven't reached for anything else. I have wanted to get my hands on one of these highlighters for so long and they never stocked them in the UK until now (beautybay.com by the way) and i am not disappointed, it is simply stunning and goes with pretty much any look.

KIKO Moon Dust Face Powder in the shade 02 Fairy Mauve -
This is 100% my most worn blush of the winter so far and i don't think i will get over how beautiful it looks on the skin. Last month i did a post on "winter blushes" check it out here:
