FULL COVERAGE GLOWING SKIN USING AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS

Hello Everyone! In the summer time (well all the time but more so in summer) i love glowing skin, i just feel it makes your face look super healthy and radiant. A lot of the time we can all be guilty of going out and spending unnecessary money, when you can get products just as good (if not better) from more affordable brands. So for today's post i thought i would share with you this glowing face makeup look and the products that i used...

So this is the completed look, the products i used are very neutral in shade and that is handy as you can pretty much create any eye/lip look to match the face makeup. The blush shade i used is a personal favourite of mine from the Zoeva Rose Golden palette and that is in the shade Palace Door, which is the most gorgeous golden pinky shade.

RIMMEL GOOD TO GLOW HIGHLIGHTER IN THE SHADE SOHO GLOW -
So starting off with primer, which i like to apply once my moisturiser has worked its way into my skin (so around 5/10 minutes). If you have read my posts for a while you will know that i love these liquid illuminators from Rimmel as a primer/glowy base for my foundation, this product is super multi functional you can apply it all over as a primer, mixed into your foundation or as a highlighter simply on the high points of the face. This products comes in three different shades and retails for £4.99.

L'OREAL INFALLIBLE SCULPT FOUNDATION IN THE SHADE MEDIUM/DARK -
Another much loved product by me and the next step in the look, foundation. I like to simply dot some of this around my face, then blend in by bouncing a damp beauty blender and then add a little more in any areas that might need it. The finish of this is super lightweight feeling, with amazing coverage and a slightly dewy finish. This foundation comes in two different shades and retails for £8.99.

MAYBELLINE INSTANT ANTI-AGE CONCEALER IN THE SHADE LIGHT &
BOURJOIS RADIANCE REVEAL CONCEALER IN THE SHADE IVORY -
For quite some time now i have been living for this concealer combination, first things first i go in with the one by Maybelline (£7.99) and i apply this under my eyes, down the bridge of my nose, centre of my forehead and chin. Before blending out i will go in with the one by Bourjois (£7.99) under my eyes and down my nose only, as it is quite radiant/glowing. To blend this out i would usually just use whatever i used for my foundation (usually the real techniques complexion sponge), but i just tried out these micro mini beauty blender dupe sponges by PS PRO and i was so impressed to say they are only £2.50 for four mini blenders.

MAYBELLINE MASTER V CONTOUR IN THE SHADE MEDIUM -
This is a newer product that i purchased earlier on in the month, i am not a fan of using this as a cheek/face contour as it is doesn't really work for me but i must say i love it to slightly contour my nose. I will apply this straight from the bullet and then blend with a flat contour brush. This cream contour product comes in two different shades and retails for £6.99.

NYX HIGHLIGHT & CONTOUR PRO PALETTE -
This product is such an amazing product to definitely invest in, if you want an amazing contour palette but don't want to break the bank. First things first i go in with the yellowish shade called Cream to set my under-eye area, then the shade Tan to bronze up the skin and slightly contour with the shade Sculpt. Finally going in the shade Ice Queen to highlight. This palette retails for £18 which is such a bargain, for the quality of the product, you can also buy separate refills for the palette and customise the shades.

NYX HD FINISHING POWDER IN THE SHADE TRANSLUCENT -
Finally i like to go in with the areas that i didn't apply any powder before and this is just a translucent powder so it doesn't change the colour of your foundation or anything like that, it is just going to make sure your foundation lasts longer with. This product also comes in more foundation colour type of shades as well and it retails for £8. I really want to try the banana shade for setting the under eye but it seems to be sold out everywhere, hopefully i can pick one up soon!
