JULY MAKEUP FAVOURITES

Hello Everyone, first of all Happy Friday and second of all welcome to the final post for the month of July, which happens to be the second part of my July Favourites and this time it is about all things makeup. Just a little warning as always, i just couldn't help myself but i tried my best to keep the amount of products down shown in the post. Saying that i just couldn't not share some items, as always i have been loving so many different makeup bits...

1. NYX STROBE OF GENIUS ILLUMINATING PALETTE
I had mentioned this first of all in my recent drugstore haul and the fact that if i didn't pick this up at some point to try it out, then i would regret it and i am 100% glad that i did pick it up. The pigmentation is insane so if you don't like to shine to out of space, then i would definitely say use a light hand. The formula is just as stunning, i love how finally milled the shimmer is so it isn't chunky or anything like that. The fact that this palette is that good for only £15 and contains seven different highlight shades is amazing.

2. TANYA BURR BIRTHDAY SUIT EYE PALETTE
This is the first eyeshadow palette i have tried from Tanya Burr's range, i was drawn to this one as it is a palette made up of the most perfect neutral/brown shades. The shade toast is amazing as a transition shade in the crease of the eye and the shade marzipan is the perfect inner corner highlight, as well as on the brow bone. I think i will definitely be picking up some more of these palettes from her range.

3. MY CUSTOM NEUTRALS Z PALETTE
I did a blog post all about this custom Z Palette that i created myself this time last week and it is full of some beautiful neutral eyeshadows. This palette is made up of my new Makeup Geek shadows, a Morphe Brushes shadow and also some MAC eyeshadows. Catch that post here:

4. ARTDECO HERE COMES THE SUN BRONZER IN THE SHADE 04 BEACH PARTY & MAKEUP REVOLUTION VIVID BAKED BRONZER IN THE SHADE 02 READY TO GO
In my "favourites of the week" that i posted recently, i mentioned the fact that i have been living for bronzer as eyeshadow. I love how super quick/easy it is to create a put together eye look and it is bronze, which is my favourite shade to wear. These particular ones from ARTDECO and MAKEUP REVOLUTION are the most stunning bronzers, one is matte and one has a slight luminous glow to it.

5. ESSENCE KAJAL PENCIL IN THE SHADE TEDDY
You are going to notice a theme with all three of these eyeliner pencils, as they are all brown/bronze eyeliners. If i am wanting a darker shade in my waterline i usually just opt for a standard black, but recently i have been preferring a softer colour. This shade Teddy by Essence is the most gorgeous warm toned bronze shade and is apparently the perfect dupe for MAC's eyeliner pencil also in the shade Teddy, these Essence Kajal pencils are a bargain at only £1 each.

6. URBAN DECAY 24/7 VELVET GLIDE-ON EYE PENCIL IN THE SHADE LUSH
This eyeliner formula is a good one for if you are like me and your eyes are prone to watering (even more during hay fever season), as they literally glide on super smooth and don't budge once set. This shade Lush is the most perfect dark matte brown shade. The only down side is that these are a little bit more on the pricey side at £15.50 but they do last a long time.

7. MAYBELLINE MASTER DRAMA THE NUDES IN THE SHADE BROWNIE GLITZ
This has probably got to be my favourite eyeliner pencil of all time, along side the Rimmel Scandal Eyes black eyeliner. This eyeliner pencil is the most stunning bronze shade with glitter reflex incorporated into it, yet it isn't irritating on the eyes in the slightest which was such a shock to me. I love wearing this eyeliner when i am wearing a simple eye look, which is most likely my bronze eye look that i posted about recently also.

8. LIP COMBINATION OF THE MONTH
Finally we have the lip combo i have been opting for most of all this month and shock horror it is a nude lip look, come to think of it i think i have pretty much worn nude lips all month long and barely any other shade. So first of all i go in with this lip liner from LA GIRL in the shade Natural to line my lips/slightly over draw my lips, then i go in with a liquid lipstick and this is one from LA Splash in the shade Innocent Vixen which is the most perfect pink tones nude shade and is super long lasting. Sometimes i will leave it there but most of the time i will add a gloss on top, as i have been really into those glossy looking lips during the summer and the two i have been switching between is the Tanya Burr lip gloss in the shade Lunch Date and then also the NYX Butter Gloss in the shade Fortune Cookie.
